Why should we hire an outside company to shred our documents?

Utilizing in-house employees is not a safe option since payroll, legal, or labor information should not be seen by, or exposed to, anyone, especially your own company’s employees.

How much does it cost to shred?

It depends on how much material is to be shredded and what form it is in.  A Pioneer SecureShred Account Manager will provide a competitive rate for container service, file purges, or product destruction.

What kind of containers do you provide?

We provide locking 95-gallon Totes which hold approximately 250 lbs. and locking Security Consoles which hold approximately 70 lbs. of paper, free of charge.

What if we are purging a lot of material?

Pioneer SecureShred will pick-up boxes or pallets of material or we’ll deliver containers for you to load loose paper from your file cabinets.  When you are ready for pick up, just give us a call -- we will send out a semi-trailer or dock truck.

What other materials do you shred?

We can destroy computer discs and diskettes, credit cards, hard plastics, x-rays, pill bottles and many more items.  Call us to discuss ANY items you want destroyed or reduced in size.
